Kate left the corporate world to pursue her passion of helping small, locally owned businesses succeed in their respective industries.
As a working mom and female entrepreneur, she understands the struggles business owners face trying to juggle it all.
Kate works with several community non-profits and agencies in New Mexico that help new business owners understand and manage their business finances.
Monika Perez

Monika has an Associates of Applied Science in Accounting from CNM and has aspirations to become a tax preparer. She brings an eye for detail and a strong determination to work through obstacles to our clients.

Tara joined the OFS team in March and has been jazzing up our social media since! With a background in photography and outstanding creative taste, she creates beautiful and valuable content for our clients and business.
